Benchmarks for HP-42X - from the HP-48SX to the HP-49G+

By running the Miller-Rabin primality test for 999 999 999 961 on both the real HP-42S (normal and double speed) and HP-48SX / HP-48GX / HP-49G+ the relative performance on the different calculators can be estimated.
