[OT - a little] Extracting files from HP150 disk images

I have a Teledisk image of what I'm reasonably sure is an HP150 disk (690 Kb capacity). I'd like to read this on a modern PC but I've run into a couple of problems.

a. Assuming I can recreate the disk using Teledisk I don't have a device driver to allow me to read an HP150 disk on a PC. If any one can point me at one that would be useful.

b. Teledisk doesn't want to work anymore (even under DOS), I've tried versions 2.16, 2.12 and even 2.11 but they all just hangs when accessing the floppy - probably a timing/hardware problem. I may be able to overcome this problem if dig out an my 486...

If anyone has solved either of these problems I'd be interested.
