HP 19BII Versions... Beige Keys and Black Keys?

I have two brand new in blister package HP 19BIIs.. One has beige keys and one has black keys.

What's the differences between the versions- just the color? Both have the back battery compartment. I'm guessing the black is a newer version?

Is one version more desireable than the other?
