HP 15C problem

A small c is showing on my display. And my calculator does not give me the right answers trying to work out angles by using e.g. tan-1.

Does anyone have a clue??

Your HP-15C is in "Complex" mode, and in this mode all trig functions are in radians. All functions can accept complex numbers in this mode (IIRC). To exit from this mode, clear the flag number 8, pressing this key sequence:

g CF 8

("g" is the blue key, "CF" is the blue label from "5" key)

Thanks a lot Nelson, great.
