I paid 30 bucks for the same manual two weeks ago, and I thought I was paying premium!
I guess what it takes to be successful selling on eBay is certain parts of ones's anatomy transmuting into an alloy of copper and tin.

I'd say the high bidder was a mouse-click happy person (I have see dozens of them on Amazon) who did not bother to read the text. In this case, the bidder saw what he wanted to see (an auction selling the calculator AND the manuals). Reality bites!

Actually, I see that auction as still having no bids.
Perhaps there was a retraction? If so, it's not shown.
