Hi Matthias!
Best wishes for your 30th birthday, but please don't talk about "becoming an old man"... or what should I say as I'm going to be 39 in a couple of months...?? All HP enthusiasts will always be young as their calcs are... (at least I hope ;) ).
Cheers. Giancarlo

Dear Matthias,
gratulation for your birthday. Compared to the great volumen size of your nice HP collection - 30 years are a small number :-)
With best wishes - Christoph Klug

Hi Matthias
don`t care about those 30 years! I was 30 years of age when the HP-35 arrived in 1972 (I bought the red dot...) and still going strong...
Enjoy your birthday!

Congratulations---and amazing--you come across wiser than your years :-)
Regards,
Bill
Also remarkable that you caught the "bug"--considering your age.

You are too young to feel old! Congratulations.

Hi, Matthias;
it's been 13 years I was 30 Y.O... about becomming an old man?! I like Einstein's view: that's relative...
Anyway, congratulations for your 30th birthday (I thought I posted a message in the same day you announced, but I see it somehow got lost...) and I hope the celebrations were the way you wanted them to be. BTW, completely off-topic: you mention you sing, right? That's interesting, because I'm always thinking of what do the contributors actually do when they're not dealing with calculators, their families and/or their professional activities (plus accessing the MoHPC forum...8^). Also, you're a teacher.
I wonder what do others do when they're not here... well, at least what they do that we can be told about... d8^\
Best regards, Matthias.
