I have a HP 41C that displays the PRGM ALPHA and Flag 1-4 annuciators when I turn it on or press the USER switch. The display goes back to normal when I press practically any key. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

 Maybe an ultrasonic cleaning and resoldering as necessary? This service, available at "www.fixthatcalc.com" for a reasonable price worked wonders for the used pre-1985 41C and 41CX I bought. -- KS |
