Looking for Neil Hunter-Blair

I'm looking for Neil Hunter-Blair (6981) who wrote some articles in PPC Technical Notes

and specially about ROM>U2 and 'U2 (cf. PPC-TN #15).

I think he should have written ROM>L8 and 'L8 too.
