HP-41C can't execute "Packing"

My calc is displaying all the time "Try again".Seems to me it is stuck on some leftover from an old programm.Recovery attempts sugested in operating manuals are without any effect.Other (manual) functions seems to work without any problem.I tryed to unplug memory modules and application pack without success.Can anybody help?Thanks,Bob

Are you copying something in this memory?

Remove non vital assignments, programs or instructions; or plug an additional memory module in.
