hp28 emulator

Does anyone know where I can get an hp28 rom image? I e-mailed HP asking them, but they said they didn't have a copy of it and that I should try this site.

only HP itself can distribute there ROM images without copyright violation.

But if HP told him to try this site, wouldn't that amount to permission? Or would it have to be in writing?

That was probably just a CSR trying to end a phone call about something he was never trained to talk about.
