New formatting features added

I've ported the code that allows formatting in the articles forum to the main forum so you can now have things like bold and italic text etc. Probably most important is the ability to add preformatted text by surrounding it with [pre: and ]. This allows you to create lists in which the spacing and line breaks are preserved like

line 1 col 1        line 1 col 2

line 2 col 1        line 2 col 2

etc.

Without the [pre: the above would look like:

line 1 col 1 line 1 col 2
line 2 col 1 line 2 col 2
