Is there any way to get one of these cartridges to start working again? I have one that has not been used in a long time and would like to revive it. Please let me know.

I cleaned one with alcohol and jammed a toothpick into the area between the case and the bag once and got a bit more mileage out of it. Be careful to not put too much pressure on the bag or it will just keep bleeding out ink all the time.

Last i heard; HP was selling plain paper cartriges again. You had to buy two @ $15 ea to get over the $25 minimum but shipping was included in the price.
