In the auction site here in Brazil (affiliate with eBay), "Mercado Livre" I found this (in brazilian portuguese, you can use BabelFish to translate it)

Is this legal???

It isn't legal because this is a freeware version and cannot be sold.

You can download it for free from www.hpcalc.org or the other HP-41 site ...
