I called them but sent me to a dealer.
It's usual to do so here (I am located in Belgium). I work for a watches company, the official agents for 15 brands, and we don't allow end user to have their wathces repaired directly, they need to go through a dealer.
In addition, I called their customer service and they just told me that th 42S ran out of stock... So I'm here with my problem !
SO... bad news actually
