I repaired all my 2 card reader i have with modeling fuel hose as it is suggest here and there. After the installation, all my card reader works well for about 25 cards and after that i can hear a hirssing noise when card pass throught the reader and finally a lot of error occurs. I look in the reader and the fuel lind tend to slip on the shaft and finally touch the card reader body and friction occurs. I replace the fuel hose and try it again. works well and then the noise come back. I try to "superglue" the rubber on the shaft but the silicone line dissolved! i try other glue but the tube lost is perfect roud shape.
I also try o ring but i have the same problem in less passes...
What can i do to prevent slowly sliding of the wheel on the shaft?
Another one : what is the method to clear/clean cut these fuel line all around at 90 degree?
Thanks
Michel
