12V Car adapter for Spice series

I acquired an adapter for the Spice series (easy to tell because of the connector) which is powered by the 12V lighter socket in a car. Unfortunately, I can't make out the model number on the adapter. It looks like it could be 82055A. I'm sure of the "820" and the "A", but the other two numbers I'm not that sure of.

Can anyone out there identify this adapter and do you know what Spice models it safe to use it on? Specifically, is it safe to use on continuous memory models?
