I am the owner of a hp9000b + Printer & other bits. The rubber on the magnetic card reader roller, cables and printer have deteriorated. Does anyone have some experience of replacing these parts? Apart from this the machine is in full working order.
Will the value be increased by replacing the rubber?
Additionally the unit has a large folder with program listings, a few journals, and a few hundred magnetic cards. Do these extras have any kind of value attached ? I have read that the cards are hard to come by ?
