Are there any new HP Calcs coming out- high end to replace the 48GX or 49.

Theoretically the 49G+ is the replacement for the 49G and 48.
Since nearly all of the new calcs (after 1995, that is) have a somewhat unergonomic keyboard layout (aside from their unreliable key response), I'd suggest to get an 48G(X) with the new b/w display.
