In this particular case, and for the items you do mention, I think you'll make more money by auctioning each item separately, IMHO, though certainly it will mean much more hassle.

'Boxed sets' seem to fetch the highest prices.
If you sell the items grouped together as they would have been bought from HP you will probably make more money than lumping them in one package, even if some bits are missing (boxes seem to make the biggest price difference - it's the same with collectable toys). Some buyers only want the calculator + manuals, others may already have a printer or module and don't want to pay for another.

Opinions vary, but I have another note.
Regardless if you sell the items 'en bloc' or separately, you'll have a value add of about 20 to 40 percent if the item is really complete, which means with its box, and all paperwork.
For some items, the box alone may be worth the deal.
