I'm very interested in trying to purchase an HP-80. I'm a finance guy and live with my 12c. I would love to have the first handheld business calculator HP made. I have been to the "Collectors Corner." Can you give me your thoughts, warnings, and suggestions regarding trying to buy HP-80 that I didn't find in the Corner? Are their problems inherit with the HP-80 both then and now? What is the most common deficiancy I should expect to see when trying to buy one? What would be a reasonable goal to strive for in buying one? As you can tell, I have never done this before. I've been reading this forum for some weeks now and have seen a lot of good information regarding older calculators, but nothing on the HP-80. Any additional help would be appreciated.
