HP 41 cv "Memory lost"

I changed my batteries and the calculators show "memory lost" and switch in the "PRGM" modus and display only on the left site "-)--".
Have anyone some idea?

If you have such a strange display, I'd expect 2 causes

1) low batteries
2) fixing post cracked; try when pressing your calculator just below the display if the problem disappears. A previous thread explained longly how to repair this.
