HP 200C Audio Oscillator

I acquired one of these today from the earliest days of Hewlett Packard. It seems to be complete and in relatively good shape. Does anyone have an estimate of the value and/or know where I might be able to find information about it. A Google search yields a museum in Japan and HP's own web site museum.

Also interested in info about the number manufactured, etc.
