It's not your skills, Luiz; I never had a brain wired for math. It goes in, but what comes out is hopelessly mangled.

You do derive the ArcCos, ArcSin, ArcTan from the above relationships?

I was trying to see from Gene's explanation but dunno how one takes one from another-- you have to turn some things to rads or degrees and then the whole adds up to 180 deg... or what?

Y'all, please be gentle. This is what drove me to calculators with built-in functions in the first place.

I saw my math remark was not clear and I deleted it at the very moment you were replying it. Sorry.

Anyway, your question was about another subject, and Gene's answer is better suited. I will check ArcSin and related inverses and return them to you. Unless someone else has it ready...
