One evening my precocious Border Collie,Miss, somehow got my HP-42S calculator and decreased the screen intensity. I no longer have the manual for this calculator. Can someone tell me how to adjust the display intensity?? My Border Collie won't tell me! Please help.

Hold down the ON key and press + or - at the same time.

You had better teach Miss to talk!

Turn the 42S on then press the EXIT (ON) key while pressing the + several times. If you make it too dark do the same except press the - key several times.
