Last night the collecting craze for HP41 accessories reached new heights on eBay - new heights of either lunacy or enthusiasm, depending on your point of view. That HEPAX 8K extended memory module (recently discusssed here) sold for $150(without even the 100 page instruction manual)! Maybe VM Electronics or a successor could start making them again - the production price would be way less than the $270 odd in 1988, with modern RAM and already developed machine code. We need a hardware development group for the HP41 - there seems to be enough examples of this sturdy design out there to make it viable.
New Heights..?
