HP-15C faceplate logo / emblem?

I have a HP-15C that has lost its logo (the little square chip in the upper right hand corner that says "hp 15C")

Is there a source for this type of thing? I'd like to return it to its former glory...

Put an ad asking for one on the classifieds. Also, they come up on eBay every so often.
