HP PRIME: PISERIES without h tail on binaries

Hi Friends,

If Your calc has OTHER binary setting that HEXadecimal, the #RRGGBB values without h tail generate syntax errors.

Please include that h in the format #RRGGBBh and in the example programs to avoid user confusions.
