In the meantime i have created many custom apps. Is it possible to group them into folders? Otherwise it is difficult to keep track in the Apps window.

They cannot be grouped into folders. It took apple/goolge how many years to allow that? I think a bit of slack for us is acceptable... :-)

However, holding down your finger in the app catalog will make some arrows appear and they can be positioned in the catalog so the fixed location can be assigned. So while they can't be placed into folders, you can position them as you desire.
