i am having difficulty using my printer. i tried to print a slide from powerpoint and i was unable to print. a message popped-up saying that my printer is was not responding and thatit may be off-line. i checked my cables and they are fine. can someone please help me. thanks.

 You'll be wanting to take your question to the (official) HP Forums, http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/ - this is a _calculator_ forum, not a printer one. And there aren't any HP calculators that run Powerpoint, so you're presumably getting your error from Windows, and forums.itrc is still the better place. |
