HP Prime EVAL function question « Next Oldest | Next Newest »

For instance, if I try: ``` EVAL("SIN(30)") ``` all I get is: ``` "SIN(30)" ``` How do I get it to actually evaluate the string? -Jonathan Edited: 28 Sept 2013, 6:06 p.m. ▼ Jonathan Cameron Junior Member Posts: 18 Threads: 2 Joined: Sep 2013 09-28-2013, 06:35 PM Ok, found the answer to my own question! You must use the single quotes: ``` EVAL('SIN(30)') ==> .5 ``` ▼ Han Senior Member Posts: 709 Threads: 104 Joined: Nov 2005 09-28-2013, 08:58 PM Quote: Ok, found the answer to my own question!
