Changes to v1.05
- legacy implementation of beep patch now use the new wave beeper engine
- removed remaining parts of old wave beeper and PC speaker engines
- added "auto extended addressing" mode in HPIL I/O processor simulation
- fixed some issues around the "Activation follows mouse" option
- fixed some dialogs had a wrong parent window reference
