Good suggestion, but rsh, rlogin and telnet are all deprecated these days because they pass the user's password over an internet as plain text, which can be sniffed by Wiley Hacker. . .
To the original poster: check out the ssh command on your system. If you don't want to have to enter passwords as the script executes, then you should also investigate the ssh-agent command. There's a good O'Reilly book on this, too - the "snail" book.
