Being that the HP-32S II is the better unit than the 35s or 33s, what do you suggest for enhancing its programming and memory potential despite its limited memory?

I remember a poll at the beginning of the WP 34S project where people prefered "overcharged keyboards" - compare the HP-32S and the HP-32SII.

This appears to be a direct translation of "clavier surchargé", that is, a keyboard overloaded with functions (this makes quite sense to me). A "cluttered keyboard", as you say in English.

I was fortunate enough to get a free Indonesian 32SII to backup my Singapore model. Hopefully at least one of them lasts longer than my interest and needs in pocket calculators.

I hate to be the village idiot, but how is the HP-32SII a better machine than the 33s and 35s (aside from the layout design maybe)????

Namir, "better" is always in the eye of the beholder, of course, but I think many see the Kimpo-produced 33s, with its chevron key layout design (which never bothered me personally), and the 35s, with its multiple uncorrected bugs, as somewhat inferior to the last scientific calculator produced by the "real" HP, the 32sii. I enjoy programming the 32sii; I can't really say the same for the other two.

In the same way, I think the 17b and 17bii are superior to the 17bii+, principally due to the solver.
