Namir, "better" is always in the eye of the beholder, of course, but I think many see the Kimpo-produced 33s, with its chevron key layout design (which never bothered me personally), and the 35s, with its multiple uncorrected bugs, as somewhat inferior to the last scientific calculator produced by the "real" HP, the 32sii. I enjoy programming the 32sii; I can't really say the same for the other two.
In the same way, I think the 17b and 17bii are superior to the 17bii+, principally due to the solver.
