I know the feeling (well, almost). About a year ago (after I got my Classics & Woodstocks stash from the auction site we all know), I would take whichever Woodstock or Classic I was in to mood to work on for a brainstorming session at that other shop, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Once there, I'd park myself for at least a six-hour solitaire think tank.

With the limited memory of the 67, 15C, 32Sii, etc, I know now why magnetic cards were so popular with the 67.

Having never actually owned or played with a physical 67, the iPad app is giving me a true appreciation. I like how HP pretty much kept the RPN language consistent throughout the years.

Yes, that HP-67 iPad app is wonderful. There are many developers who have created RPN apps that do what the originals did, but nothing more. Then there are a couple of developers who have created much more enhanced versions. I am thinking of the develpers of RPN-67 PRO, RPN-45 HD, RPN-70 Calc, as well as the developer who gave us GO-25 and GO-21. Those apps are a joy to use and take the experience to a new level!

I just bought GO-25 for just $1.99 for my Mini. I got RPN-67 PRO the other day, and have had RPN-45 HD for some time now. Thanks for alerting me to this great little app. :)

Edit. GO-21 is only 99 cents, and RPN-70 Calc is free, so I got them too.

I have a 32Sii myself and really had to optimize code for a long time to get as many programs in memory as possible - which is why I bought a 35S, also a nice machine, same RPN step programming with a lot more memory. [Pros: more memory, nice keys / Cons: lackluster LCD display, higher battery consumption]

I'm loving the WP34s on my iPod now though... :-)
