Hi all,

With the new sourceforge UI, this task became a bit more difficult than it was before. Thus, please look at footnote 54 on p. 84 of the printed edition of the manual and make use of it.

Not yet ;-) But some folks think they get the latest version by downloading a zipped file ...

In best case they've read the OP now - in worst case I've to quote it every once and a while.

Maybe you might quote what the printed manual says in that footnote for those who don't have it.
