HP48 and interface to boot computer?

#2

I have a simple(486 DX2/50mhz, 8mb/ram) PC that I use just for a backup of my HP48. Is there any electronics project to boot a computer using an HP48 and/or my other computer?
I want something like:

I send a command from my HP to the better PC, and the better makes the position of a "extension", piping all HP data to the 486, via a cable?

PS: the 486 is being used as a "dumb box", no keyboard/mouse. when I need I connect a cheap keyboard.

Best wishes from Brazil,
HPunk
