TI Calcs: Meh.

#4

There is supposed to be an enhanced version of the colo TI NSpire coming out too!

#5

Only 21K of RAM available (programming, matrices, etc.) - the rest of the memory is for APPS.

TI should have at least doubled the RAM to 48K. I am not sure if I excited to purchase this one.

#6

Considering the z80 in it can only directly address 64k of ram, I think they have probably run out of ugly hacks this time...

There already is one: the hp 50g.

I own both and no amount of turd polish will make me like the NSpire series. They are a drag to use.

Oh what do you mean? Everyone knows if you just push a desktop application onto a handheld device it is the bestest and easiestest to use device ever! OMG LOL!

LMAO

The nSpire is the first calcualtor, that I know of, to have a computer software-based system. It takes some getting used to. The CX is the first version I would actually recommend.

The nSpire is the only calcualtor that I know to have two graph screens at once. (To my knowledge)

Where is SAP on this list? ;-)

Sadly, Mythbusters ruined the old saying, "you can't polish a turd", by proving that you can.

I've not actually seen that one.

I'm saddened by the news :(
