to be or not to be

Hi

Take a look of this HP-35

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Hewlett-Packard-HP-35-HP35-Originalkoffer-Netzstecker-Etui-Sammlerstueck-/221137157630

See the interesting "spot" on the right hand side of the power switch - just a visual illusion?

Who knows? But it has written "Hewlett Packard 35" on it's faceplapte instead of the "Hewlett Packard" of the red dots... I hope you didn't place the winning bit, I bought better looking ones than this for less than 10 Euros.

Also its serial number starts with 1302S, like my V3 one.

Hi
It wasn't me. I noticed the other issues as well. Funny to say that in my computer's screen it looks like a pale red dot rather than "ON". Maybe I need new glasses or a better screen.

On my 35, this spot says "ON" ;-)

Good find, I paid slightly more for a complete set including manual and all.

No way. ;-)

I paid just a little more for a complete Red Dot. Luck happens, sometimes.

Not a red dot. (Serial# does not fit, Singapore, German back label etc. - it's only the "ON" lettering...)

And more....it could not be the red dot one, I think, 'cause of the colour of the supposed "DOT".
looking carefully at the picture the dot is "white" while the calculator is turned "ON" and not RED. If I'm not wrong it should be "red" only when "ON" , isn't it?

What are you guys looking at? I can clearly see "On" written next to the switch. Has the photo been changed?
