HP-Solver

#3

I got the task to do something in Excel my HP-17b2+ does out of the box: enter *or* solve for any of the variables of a formula. My hint that such a calculator is only at 80,- EUR was not the prefered solution. Of cause I may do it in Excel but currently I can not immagine a user surface as simple as on the pocket calculator.

My question: which way to go in Excel to simulate a similar handling as the HP solver?

Thank you, found that too. Alas it does not offer that simple user interface like the HP17b2+.
