In the 4th issue of HP Digest for the Series E HP-32E, the text body reads "Like the classic HP-45, the HP-32 is packed with
dozens of invaluable mathematical and scientific functions". If that's the case, why wasn't there a Woodstock version of an updated HP-45? OR, was the 27 an update of the 45? I am thinking that the 27 had no connection to the 45 mainly because of its TVM function set and the lack of Metric/US conversion functions.
