HP-41C users who have trouble with the pink-colored pcb connectors, or want to upgrade to an HP-41CL and are looking for a solution that is capable to handle the extra current during flash activities, may want to look at a solution that i am using for quick-testing HP-41C processor boards here.

That´s a neat and handy alternative, thanks for sharing Hans. I don't see the details well enough in the pic, are they piercing the mother board to get affixed?

no piercing/drilling necessary. these are SMD connectors. pins of connectors bent 90° downward and then directly soldered onto the keyboard connector pads.

Hi. In this picture one can identify an HP71B (left side, back, out of focus) but I could not define the notebook in the right side. It teases me for the color, seems to be an HP. If you forgive me for being nosy, which one is it, please? Just curiosity. Cheers.
