49/50 PC Development Tools Under Linux

Has anyone used the IDE type tools such as UEdit or Debug4x under Linux (presumable using Wine)? There's not a native graphical tool, is there?

For *nix environments, I just use emacs and hptools (command line compiler). X48 is an emulator you can use for debugging.
