The tantalum capacitors (silver hermetic cases) also have date codes. Visible in the picture are "7347", and "7319" (usually year and week), so it's at least from 1973 unless someone later changed some components (unlikely, they look like originals). There are four or five other capacitors with date codes not visible in the picture. With other 73 marks on the chips, it's almost certainly from '73 manufacture date.
