I have 2 HP12C in my collection with the following numbers

USA 2749AQ7554
USA 2324AQ4570

Which one is the oldest and best produced ?

Are you sure those are Q's and not 0's (zeros)?

Assuming they are zeroes, the 2324A unit is oldest, having been made in 1983. The other was made in 1987. As for "best produced", I believe that all units from the 1980's are regarded as high quality.
