Are you sure you plugged RAM into page 14 first (like "810-RAM" PLUG4L)?

Post: #4

Well, you can be doing many different things wrong ' hard to tell since you don't provide enough details to know:

- is "TEST" a valid rom image file in the HP-IL disk?

- are you using GETROM from the CCD_OS/X or READROM from the HEPAX?

- is there RAM loaded into the destination page?

- does the "TEST" rom have any viewable function header for CAT2

and a few others more... but hese will probably catch it.

SAVEROM/GETROM use a certain binary data format for the mass media files,

the HEPAX uses a different format, and the ProfiSET uses another format again, so they are all incompatible.

The W&W mass media functions are data format compatible to SAVEROM/GETROM,

but the W&W functions do some more copy protection checks and are able to use any drive in the loop,

where SAVEROM/GETROM always refer to the first mass media device in the loop,

regardless of the loop address.
