Well, I have an HP42 and am a great supporter of that model, as many previous postings show. And I am one of the many people who "prayed" to HP to produce a 42 (or 43) model again, since it has an excellent balance of features, size, etc. What I mean is that the SLOPE of the evolution curve decreased sharply after the HP41 introduction. Previous models lasted in the top for months, a year at most; the 41 kept a leader position for almost a decade.

Perhaps my English wording made it unclear, I apologize.
