HP41 emulator for PC

Is there a HP41 emulator available for a Windows (XP) PC, where one can (a) save programs and (b) use the printer commands, if even to a text file?

Look for a website which name is based on your calculator (two letters and two numbers) and with the top-level domain used for organizations. Google may help. Due to complex (legal) issues, it's not possible to post more detailed information here.
