I have a 64k module. It is made be CMT and plugs in the port where the card reader usually is.

RAM modules up to 96k were available and were plugged into the card reader bay.

I have seen 32K and 64K modules by Corvallis MicroTechnology (CMT) and 96K, card-reader port RAM modules by Handheld Products. They are _very_ rare. It took two years before I could find someone who would sell me a 96K module. It is also possible to solder up to 4-5 standard form factor modules inside the HP71 (not recommended for the faint of heart), so that the front ports are left free for ROMS. |
