I've just started using the WP-34S in anger and am slowly getting my head around it. I have to say how impressed I am with the software as a whole. Very, very professional.
I'm not as impressed with the HP-20B as the hardware for the calculator, the shape of it is not nice on the hand, the shaped sides mean the top digs into fingers. The keys aren't anywhere near as nice as any of the other 'decent' calculators, the whole calculator needs raising by as couple of mm's on the top to make it easier to use on the desk.
However all said and done, the massive advantages of the WP-34S easily outweigh the cheap and cheerful (ish) hardware.
I have no idea how good the HP-30B is as a foundation for the software. Does anyone have any comparisons they can offer. Is the keyboard any better, is the case any better?
If the HP-30B is better, does anyone want to buy a HP-20B loaded up with the latest software :) ?
Thanks,
Rob
