Dear Sir/Madam,

My HP42S went out of service. I have not use it for a couple of year. When I start to turn on the calculator. I got nothing. Would somebody help me to repair it ?

Hi,
I think the thing one wants to try first is shortening the battery contacts with a paper clip for a few seconds/minutes(after removing the batteries). This revived my HP42s.
